Trash to treasure, I sure hope so! I have BIG plans for these shutters. For function and some shabby-ness. Oh, how I love me some shabby-ness. Other then being really dirty – they are in perfect condition. AND there’s four of them. In a couple of weeks I hope to have one of these projects up. Stay tuned…….~would you believe I found these on the morning of the party??? not only did I have a million things to do…I was also trash pickin’. I am such my mother’s daughter.~
