Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins & milk, a perfect combination. It’s a tradition. I make these without fail the first day of Fall, every year. This year, we will be on a trip, so I decided to post my all time favorite recipe, early. The smell alone will make your house smell like the best bakery in town! The recipe is a family recipe from my Aunt Janee. Maegan, my cousin’s mom! (who btw, is about to pop with her first little baby anytime now…so exciting!)

1 cup of plain pumpkin (Libby’s)
1/2 cup of melted butter
1 cup of milk chocolate chips
mix this part into another bowl
Then mix both bowls together and spoon into muffin pan.

I think most of you know, usually I make & post a picture of my own creation here on the Nest. To be honest, the photo Sibi found does the perfect justice to these muffins, then my camera could ever do. Plus, I am not about to make these a few days before we leave…I alone would eat them all, just so they wouldn’t go to waste. So I am being strong & fighting the very strong temptation not to make & bake these. Many of my friends would vouch for this recipe…so many of us have spent a good time eating & laughing over these scrumptious muffins! I miss those sweet days!
