Our trip to DC, part II.
I have always said this, and I always will…sitting on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial is in my top 5 favorites places I have been. For me, it is an unexplainable feeling of emotion and reverence that you rarely find these days.
My parents, especially my Dad has taught me to love, honor, & respect this country and the men & women who have fought for our freedom. I am so lucky to be an American. It’s the history of these places and stories that has renewed my feeling of gratitude.
Graham playing on the lawn in front of the Lincoln Memorial. I love this picture of him. So true to life.
Just keeping things real here, *you know he was itching to jump in the water!* It was all we could do, say, and hold to keep him from it.
THANK YOU!
