I love to eat good food. But I have a confession. I have fallen off the wagon when it comes to making *good for you* home cooked meals. In attempts to return to cooking, which is something that I do truly love, I have decided to do a little menu posting. Or meal posting. To make me more accountable, maybe? I have been invited to join various weekly food round-up type groups from blogs along the way. I love the idea of all of them. But, I could never commit to a regular routine of posts that the members like to see. I blog when the house allows me to blog. So without any rules, any requirements, any specific number of meals, I will post for the next 5 weeks in October our *food fest*.
Any & all readers are welcome to join me on your blog. To share recipes or ideas…but again, no rules, just when you can for the next 5 weeks. Again, I am doing this just to be more accountable to myself. Some will be my recipes, friends, or links. So here goes:

*Corn Casserole.
