Favorite Christmas dessert . . . hmmm . . . I think it’s my Mom’s Chocolate Pudding Cake (also known as Parrish Pudding Cake).
No wait! It’s my Grandma’s Divinity! No. It’s her fudge! Or Gr. Grandma Thompson’s White Cake with Caramel Topping.

My favorite dessert would be my Mom’s fudge. I am the baker in the family but can’t seem to duplicate this one. However, I am happy to report my sister can! Mom passed away unexpectedly just over a year ago. I’m so thankful for our sweet memories in the kitchen.

My favorite would have to be what I named the Christmas Gift Cake. Because we have it every year and my sister won’t allow me to show up without it! LOL The recipe is on my blog. It is VERY moist and tastes kind of like banana bread with fruit goodies.
