I strive on being open to fresh ideas. Liking the same thing year after year, after all gets rather boring. I love the unexpected.
But it’s the actual act of “change” that’s always a challenge. I’m not the best when it’s a big change. Like many of you, I’ve made New Year Resolutions every year, but this year I’ve decided that I need to be more open to change or the unexpected. Last year in 2010, I found that almost everything I did when measuring it up to accomplishing something important to me, was accomplished by going outside my comfort zone or changing up the way I think. (Of course, I plan on explaining this in a coming post. 😉
I started realizing this around late November & decided that this would be my goal for this New Year. Because if I work on my mindset & open myself up more to the unexpected there’s no telling how many doors maybe unlocked to who knows what!
So with all that said…I’m off to organizing, clearing out the corners, packing up Christmas decor & opening up my mindset to new opportunities!
How ’bout you all? What are you working on for the New Year?
THANK YOU!

Speaking of your cleaning, that’s what I’m so excited about for this new year. I have felt better today {Maybe it’s something to do with the refreshment of a new year.} But now I am ready to start preparing and cleaning for all the wonderful things coming in 2011.
I hope you have a year full of blessings and full of glory to His name!
XOXO,
Angel

I just posted about what I’ working on this year http://bit.ly/eLxK3p
It’s a little bit baby-centric but we’re in the countdown to newborn stage so it can’t be helped. Stepping outside of the comfort zone is one of those things that I find so challenging. I’m looking forward sharing your journey this year
