I big puffy hearted today with the kids. There’s something about the sun shining in & planning a party that always puts a spring in my step. Of course, hearing our weather man say that we’ll be in the 60’s next week always helps as well.
We had no plans today other then to make G’s Valentine’s cards for school. The paper doilies are not anything new, by any means – but I just love them. I don’t know how in the world retailers expect for little kiddos to write so small on those itty bitty V-day cards, anyways. G would take the entire paper just to write his name, if I let him.
If anyone is interested, I included the image of the “scrabble letters” we cut out to attach to the doilies. I feel silly for even including it in this post, because there are soooo many free printables that are far better, but I thought it was a fun thing to add. Not that any of you would be making Valentine’s cards the day before or anything. 😉
Some things, at Blissdom got me thinking & I just thought I would ask.
One more thing…if anyone has any questions for me – please feel free to comment below & I will answer in the comments or email a reply.
Questions about twitter, etsy, blog – you name it – I’ll try to answer.
Thanks in advance for your time. 😉 I tried to allow for multiple answers, but who knows if it went through. You know, I’m very tech challenged. So I’ll be amazed if it works.
THANK YOU!

I teach fourth grade, and those kids get almost as much candy on Valentine’s Day as they do for Halloween. So, usually, I don’t give them anything. But last night after church, we stopped at the store and I bought them foil wrapped chocolate hearts which I will leave at their seats. Just printed the little Scrabble messages for them. Simple, sweet, and to be received hours before the massive amounts of candy!

Adorable cards! I worked on Valentines with my little girl on saturday, too. Valentines made by the kiddos are the best!

I did the survey. I wish you had a question asking if I think I love you more than any of your other readers, ‘cuz I would have said YES! 🙂 I’m crazy about the picture of the little pink shoes. Happy Valentine’s Day! Lisa~
