This week there’s another awesome giveaway for one lucky winner…
A Great Impression will be giving a $25.00 credit towards anything in her shop. Just in time to help add some new decor for Spring.
(more details on entering at the bottom of this post.)
This week, I decided “Buck” needed a new Spring outfit. Some may recall, for Winter he sported some red houndstooth. But with Spring here, he needed an update along with some Spring accessories…
I’ve been trying {several} times to score a vintage map off of Ebay, but have been outbidded every time. After seeing this atlas map that I got at HobLob with a coupon, I’m thinking I like it for a $4.99 outfit.
The vintage prints of cocoons & butterflies ARE an ebay score from a book printed in 1898! I have plans to show off the book, because trust me, it’s post worthy.
I’m lovin’ Buck’s new look for Spring.

I love the robins eggs framed! I didn’t know your blog when ‘Buck’ wore houndstooth but I like the map and the fact that you accessorize Buck.
My jaw dropped when I read about those prints coming from a book printed in 1898. I’m not sure I would have had the courage to remove pages but they are lovely. Can’t wait to hear more about the book.
My favorite item at A Great Impression is the decorative bird. Love the colors to choose from.

Buck is looking spiffy! I love the little frame with the eggs. I have a couple of frames I couldn’t decide what to do with. I might just copy your idea because I love it. Spring is looking very good in your house this year.

Hello Kellie,
I found my wood corbels at Home Depot…no one else had the simple look I wanted, they were all too Victorian. These looked great with the lines of the beadboard.
have a lovely day
