I kinda debated doing an Insta Friday Sunday post because our week wasn’t really exciting. I mean, seriously who wants to hear about my Wal-mart grocery trip? I hate grocery shopping.
This above pic is how our windows were every morning this week, it’s been that humid. The condensation, the humidity, my big hair, then my big hair making me in an ill mood – it’s just wasn’t a good combo.
Since we stayed in more than usual this week because everything was so wet in the am & it was thunder storming by the afternoon – I pulled out the reserve supply of bubble wrap.
Towards the end of the week, I was going crazy. So I went to my therapist~
This vintage aqua beauty is the best therapist that money can buy at times. The day is always better when I can mix both of my favorite worlds. Mothering & creating. Lately, the creating world has taken back seat & boy, do I miss it as an outlet.
But then, sometimes all it takes is a picture to remind you how quickly life is moving. It’s like a filmstrip moving by in a fast motion. That picture makes you realize how thankful you are for the simple days & the everyday moments. It will also stop you dead in your tracks & think where in the world has time gone? All this to say, is THAT is one of the many reasons why I love InstaFridays. I loved her idea & thought process when she started the link a few weeks ago, but it also encourages me to take photos of our everyday. So that moments like these, don’t fade away in my head.
If you haven’t heard of Insta Fridays head on over to Life Rearranged for the full scoop. In a nutshell, it’s just a post of quick pics from your cell phone. If you happen to have all those fun addicting apps, well, that makes the post even more fun. But all cell phone pics are welcome. Just quick glimpses of moments in time from your week.
THANK YOU!

Right there with you Kellie, these posts are quickly becoming my favorite as well. (I actually said that in my post too) because it gives me a look back at all the love in my life and sometimes when you’re “drudging through the trenches” its hard to remember those moments. Looking at my life in a week like this, make it seem so much more enjoyable. Helps me to appreciate all that I have.
P.S – I also have a multi talented booger picker 🙂
