I know not many people want to talk about Fiber.
I get it, really I do!
But like I mentioned before, I’m in my mid 40’s.
Life happens…you get older…weight starts to “stay” and metabolism starts to sllllllooooow down.
I decided to take the Fiber Choice Challenge because I wanted to see if it would help me in this extremely busy season of life we’re in right now. High stress, sweating like crazy, working like crazy and perhaps not eating the best of meals.
Truth is: I’ve felt great.
I’ve had a tremendous burst of energy. Maybe it’s the new house??? Maybe it’s because I’m not feeling sluggish??? I’ve made it a point during this challenge to eat more fruit + drink water. We are in the car a lot these days, and I don’t leave home without water + fruit to eat while in the car. I think it’s the combination of everything that has really helped me.
Can we also talk about my stripe apple? I knew it had to come home with me from the grocery store, just because of it’s unique stripe. 😉
I didn’t follow a diet while on the Fiber Choice Challenge, I just tried to do/eat a few things that would help me in the long run.
Every little step in the right direction will always make a difference!
