Fall is Right on Time Chalkboard Printable

Since its officially September, the Fall decor has started entering the building. Any word pertaining to Fall is like someone speaking French to me. It’s so romantic. haha!

It makes me weak in the knees.

I know many of you feel the very same way and luckily other bloggers do as well! Once again this year I have the privilege to be teaming up with 22 incredibly talented bloggers who have designed a beautiful Fall vignette around a free printable. You will see the collage graphic down below of all the incredible Fall printables that are free for anyone to use in their own home.

Its almost like shopping at your favorite home decor store and getting something free!

My vignette is my mantel, and everything on this mantel is thrifted or from nature. I have had this Fall quote “Fall is Right on Time” bookmarked in my favorites for months and I asked Designs by Spec to help create it for this blog tour.

I’m crazy for the chalkboard style and for scrolly fonts. Add some pumpkins and you have me swooning. So its the perfect combination for a Fall mantel display, if you ask me.

Everything up here I have purchased throughout the years at thrift stores or at yard sales. I love when that happens. The wooden bowl(?) charger thingy(?) whatever you want to call it ~ I purchased it at the World’s Longest Yard Sale last month. I knew when I saw it, it would be on my mantel for Fall.

I also purchased the quail feathers at the same booth at the World’s Longest Yard Sale along with the antler. The tree trunk chargers are slices a friend cut for me from a fallen tree. I love the texture they add to my mantel.

The frame for my printable was purchased years ago from Goodwill. It has been spray painted several times, but that’s one of the beauties about buying thrifted. Not a lot of money invested but you can make it your own.

Of course the pumpkins were from a local produce stand. I’m always their first customer they tell me when it comes to buying pumpkins. 😉

I love having that title from them.

I bought 10 from them, so they marked down the price – you know, since I was their first customer. 😉

It pays to have connections.
