Y’all. My husband has a thick Southern accent that can make people’s heads turn in a split second. He was born & raised in Tennessee. In fact we live less than 30 miles from where he grew up. Not many can say that. So it is because of him, I found a “theme” if you will for our dining room. More of that to come in some future posts, but I had this vision for a while, and I thought I would finally act on it and make the Definition of The South: Chalkboard Printable to display in our dining room.
Slowly but surely I’m adding to my collection of “Southern things or art” but I was (finally) able to refinish some pieces of furniture and The definition of The South: Chalkboard Printable had to be the topper for my finished display.
You can see how I refinished the pieces in this post – it was all done for under $50!
And yes, I cheated and used this printable on top of the dresser. Because as I’ve mentioned before I know my limits. And writing cursive on a chalkboard is one of them. Can I get an AMEN?
So I made The Definition of The South: Chalkboard Printable available in 3 different sizes.
A 8×10, 11×14 & what I used on my Chalkboard Dresser Buffet a 16×20.
If you want the larger sizes, head to your local print shop. I had mine printed at FedEx and they are the most reasonable. I also love that you can send them the download file via email & pick it up without the wait.
If you’re printing from home, I recommend using a thick card stock for printing.
