You guys!!! Keto Low Carb Ice Cream!!! You’re probably wondering if you are really hearing & seeing that right. But you are!!! You SO are. It’s delicious & so decadent! And let’s not forget to mention just how easy it is to make it!
So as I mentioned in my previous post, Keto Low Carb Pancakes that I’ve been on Keto for a month now. So far, so good. I haven’t cheated on a meal yet!!! Sure, sometime I may over calculate or have too much, but everything I’ve been eating is Keto approved. Which is a true accomplishment for me. Because it’s so easy to fall off the diet wagon.
SO WRONG! On all levels. It’s the easiest treat you can make, and if you love ice cream like I do, than you’ll be thanking me for this post! This Keto low carb ice cream is so delicious!
Keto Low Carb Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 3/4 - 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1-2 TABLESPOONS of Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
Instructions
- Using a mason pint jar pour your heavy whipping cream inside the jar.
- The pour your Chocolate Syrup in the jar & shake for about 1 minute.
- Do not overshake. Just shake until the chocolate syrup is mixed well.
- Freezer for about 3 hours.
- Serve immediately.
- Sometimes, I can’t wait 3 hours. Because I need a sweet tooth fix ASAP. So after 2 hours in the freezer, this will become the consistency of a shake. Which is just fine in my book, as well.
- In my area, it is really hard to find sugar free chocolate syrup. So I have used LIGHT chocolate syrup. Just be warned that it will have a few more carbs than the sugar free. But it will be extremely low carb in comparison to real ice cream. Or you can always order this.
